I had the idea to place a stadium in that location away back in 1994 as I stood on the nearby PATH platform.
Harrison once had a stadium in the Federal League,a third major league which folded after two seasons before WWI.Babe Ruth once played there.

it's in north jersey which is considered part of the New York Metropolitan area. ny suburbs. you can get to NYC from there in about 10-15 mins by the train. There is no room in NYC for a stadium like that.
