Written by the legendary Cat Stevens, this song originally appeared on Stevens' 1967 album "Matthew and son". Instrumental and/or orchestral versions of this catchy composition are 'not easy to find' to put it mildly ;-) So think that fans of the "famous hit instrumental version" music will love this one... Perry Botkin (once again) wrote an exciting arrangement - hope you'll enjoy as much as we did when making this presentation :-)
From the 1969 compilation album "Night" here's Perry with his version of "Here comes my baby". Let's 'roll' ;-) ......
Burning this into my hard drive Walte. Got all of Hollyridge done, now working on Perry Botkin. You promised more of Perry, hope he's next out of the chute. Quelle sont les lumières de TON couer, mon ami? chuck

@chkjns You asked : "QuelleS" ;-) sont les lumières de mon coeur ? C'est facile : elles s'appellent Rita et Naomi:) More Perry Botkin coming very soon :-)

This is great, Walter, have you any more Perry Botkin music to post? Another guy just put up a dozen of these for me. NONE of Perry's music in this orchestral style was up a few months ago, now my playlist for him has over 20 songs! Added this also to my 1969 playlist. Perry himself actually responded to one of my comments last week! His father wrote the Beverley Hillbillies music too ! ! !

@chkjns Yep ! There's more Perry Botkin to come (though it should be said that stocks aren't "that big" in this case :-) Know how it feels when one of the musicians themselves react to an upload or a comment : had a personal response once from Basil Henriques (see "A Man without Love" on my channel) ..... Sure feels great !
