    Maybe they are australian... their accent is not a distraction, but the way they speak in that part of the world...

  • I would have to disagree with the statements previously posted on this video. I thought the introduction as a training session covered all of the elements that would be discussed when commencing a mediation session. As for the sound I would suggest that people should turn up the volume on their computer.

    The process is a vital part of any mediation session and it is essential to make it clear so that the roles are understood and to ensure that the session runs as smoothly as possible. I think that their explanation was necessary.

  • I thought the guy spoke clearly and loud enough for everyone understand what he was saying, but the lady was a bit low. Over all the opening ststement was right on.

  • i think that australian accents are often unnecessary in a mediation. they can be a major distraction from the real issues.
