  • Troy, thank you for sharing, It's great to see the "Old Inspirations" back together. I grew up listening to y'all. I'll never forget when y'all came to my church back in 68' when I was five years old. I live in Ellijay, Georgia, my family used to have a gospel group. They used to let me sing with them on, Just As Long As Eternity Rolls. Martin told me he could hear me all the way to the cemetery. I have a "very strong" soprano voice. Anyway, keep up the good work. Take Care and God Bless

  • I will never believe that these guys sing oonly for the money.I have felt the Holy Spirit moving when they sing. I believe they sing for the glory of God and no other reason.i love all of you!ms Pat McCurry york,s.c.

  • By the way, may I suggest an old song you guys did such a great job on. "In Heaven Mamas wont cry". My Grandmother loved that song soo much. She could just about jump out of her chair even in her 90s listening to you guys sing that. It truly is a very moving song. Would be great to hear you guys redo it.

  • Troy, I was raised in the 70s and 80s listening to you guys. You actually came to my grade school in Wartburg, TN in the very early 80s and sang. I just want you to know that you guys were a great influence in my life and I very much loved listening to your songs. They always seemed to be speaking from the Bible as many songs today do not. Keep up the great singing and blessings.

  • This was an awesome stroll down memory lane, and a great update. My Grandpa was one of your greatest fans, as am I. We got to see you live several times in the early 80's in Muncie, Indiana. You were always gracious enough to talk to my Grandpa and me backstage. I used to sing your songs for our church there. I'll never forget when Archie found out I was a singer, and jokingly offered me a job as your replacement. Thanks and God Bless.

  • Hello Troy, Man did this bring back great memories. I saw you all several times at Watauga High School here in Boone NC. There was no one better. Once Archie was sick and Eddie sang Archies part, very well I might add. I still have albums and sheet music autographed by you guys. Anyway I hope you are doing great. Thanks so much for the memories. God Bless Us All. Mike Pardue
