The strings are closer, you just get used to it. When you put 12 stings where normally only six go the strings are closer and you practice till you're used to it. Also learning to do up and down stokes, instead of all down strokes will help you play faster. I've been playing a 12-string Ric since 1964. You learn to adapt.
Brilliant work !!!!!

Anybody know where on-line to "go" to get a good lesson on how to go about picking like this? I'd love to learn how.
