@xstreamers i watched the employees matter attitude of upper management change drastically after 2008 upper management uses flat out threats & intimidation to force store managers to work ridiculous hrs by punishing them arbitrarily so they are always 1 mark away from being fired my manager was managing 3 stores because other managers walked out. on performance reviews she was not allowed to give out 4s so nobody would get a raise so she had to make things up that we did wrong to keep us at 3s

If you don't like your job anymore... exercise your right to quit and find work elsewhere! Yes it sucks when a company changes it's policies, but the answer is to take back your rights , not give them to unions!
