Just because I provided only one example (which yes, is a personal favourite, BUT STILL AN OFFICIAL VARIANT THAT BELONGS AS PART OF THE OFFICIAL CANON FOR THE SERIES), doesn't mean it's the only Mech that's been affected. ALMOST EVERY CLAN MECH HAS BEEN GIVEN RESTRICTIONS THAT SHOULDN'T APPLY. And MANY Inner Sphere Mechs have had restrictions that SHOULD apply TAKEN AWAY FOR NO GOOD REASON. AND NONE OF IT IMPROVED GAMEPLAY, but even if it did, IT INVALIDATES THE CONNECTION WITH THE FRANCHISE.

@SamJ1986 HAHA You fool, wait until early March and GDC convention. MW:O is coming out in the Summer. They do not need 40 single player levels, and all the stuff that can bog down a Single player based game. At launch it will be their core gameplay, and each month more and more mechs, maps and features will trickle out of their studio. PGI is the right company for the job, ho read a few of their DEV blogs before you spout crap. PGI ARE Mech fans, and they are going to make the next gen MW

The last video is NOT Mech warrior 5, and NOT actual gameplay. It was a demonstration video in an attempt to gather support for another Mechwarrior title. MW: Online has nothing to do with it, and who knows when/if MW:Online will even come out. Not impressed at all with Pirahna games...
