Anyone who make a decision to take another life, deserve to be taken off the streets. Especially the bold ones, who don't care about anyone or anything. The ones who shoot in crowed areas or in broad daylight. In general they all need to be off our streets.
They have no heart and are not conscious to their rational decisions. They need rehabilitation.
