While he believes prisoners should be offered the opportunity of rehabilitation, and the JAIL GUITAR DOORS initiative provides instruments in an attempt to discourage reoffending, he also believes that if convicted fairly they deserve the punishment of being cut off from society. Participants of the programme have a 10-15% re-conviction rate as opposed to the national average of 61%.

This man is my inspiration. I'm a 16 year old singer song writer. Started playing guitar of my own accord when I was 7, then started song writing when I was 10. Billy Bragg is my favourite musician, I love him to bits. He gives me hope. :')

@NowLearnAboutIslam You should know you're wrong. There are a few people out there who use the islam to justify their crimes but that's not different to priests who rape children or countrys fighting crusades for some "god". I refuse to believe in any kind of omnipotent god but by saying these things you just proof that you're not smarter than any of these "islamic" fundamentalists. There are millions of muslims who are much more peacefull than you are.
