I like the judge in this case.

Casey did seem so strange in these early appearances, she never seemed to really understand the seriousness of Caylee being missing, or else she really did believe that Caylee was going to be returned, that she was with some known person. But Casey had such a blank and inappropriate affect during this time, I wish they had had brain scans run on her, and drug testing

Yep. She cares nothing for her dead daughter. In fact as they talked about Caylee's remains at one hearing she was giggling and tossing pens at Bozo Baez. She has a special place in hell no doubt.

..but let's not forget the times that she WAS looking...
..as she said in her 1st interview..." going to fusion ultra lounge, asking around if anyone has seen my nanny"....
..what.a.crock!
..she can't even keep her own lies straight.
then, she CLAIMS to have been out and about, asking around...
in jail, she then claims to be Lord Protector of the family, "keeping her mouth shut" to save them all.
i can't begin to imagine the trial...

Actually Casey should have changed lawyers. I would have. Just before this hearing, Baez on TV said he expects her to be released today. He knew what the facts were to this point, his questioning during this hearing was ridiculous. My daughter would have asked Yuri harder questions. But it's obvious Baez had nothing on this detective so all he could do was talk in hypotheticals.
Baez loses round 1..A good indication of future events. I would have dropped him after hearing those lame questions.

Wow! You really cant even make this stuff up.
Casey is guilty absoloutly no doubt. You can tell by her reaction to the setting of the bond she thought she was going home. She was obviously upset, not because Caylee is dead, but because she didn't get her way and got locked back up. This is really telling, these videos. Because we all know now that Caylee wasn't EVER missing, she was dead already, had been for some time.
And Cindy with her poor me tears in court. We all know thats all an act, especially since we know how she acts normally.

During the first 31 days when we now know Caylee was already dead. But when Casey said she was searching herself. The evidence proves differently as the Judge states here. Now she's being denied bond because the Judge feels because of those first 31 days Casey has no interest in finding Caylee. Then Leonard P. gets her finally bonded out in August to help find Caylee. Again Casey is no help and ultimately gets locked back up. This will be used at trial how Casey Never helped any investigation.
