Just wanted the Portuguese civilization like from Civ4 to be in Civ5 additionally,

I find Spanish in Civ5 to be a good DLC's civilization to use, but yet it does not have enough advantages in navigation.

What I want is a maritime Mediterranean superpower :D

Mayans have a big edge in online MP. They generate a GP every turn on the Mayan calendar -- which is pretty frequently at Quick pace. If your idea of a 'sprawling empire' is to simply eradicate all others, then the Huns UU, the Battering Ram, is an overpowered early game unit that, with the help of archers and warriors, level every nearby city in the first 80 turns.
