@ILiasMani I think we are both right. I have already seen this throw performed by other black belts up to 6th dan. even a woman who is known for really very beautiful Aikido: Penny Bernath. I think both are accepted to be Koshi-nage, I guess I made the biggest mistake by not getting informed properly before reacting (one of my flaws), so I'm sorry for that

yes u are right my fault..but u know that throws are effective in aikido like tomoe nage or osoto gary because of the arm deflections it is easy to throw someone!

@ILiasMani ok, I will deflect uki's arm and perform an iponseonage (judo and ju-jitsu) and the armdeflection will make it Aikido... Or maybe an O soto gari or tomoe nage

@SavaEfendi You are so right about this, exactly what I see in it (I've practiced judo for several years and now Aikido for 8 years). But... I've seen this move being performed as koshinage here on youtube a few days ago by a 6th dan known as Penny Bernath from florida Aikikai. I still believe it's judo, but seems to be accepted as koshinage in Aikido as well...

of course it is aikido.u dont see the arm deflection?judo has hip throws karate has hip throws jujitsou and brazilian jiou jitsou has hip throws and other martial arts has hip throws.so aikido has hip throws too.

In Aikido, it is all koshinage. You are confusing this with judo terms.
