http://www.bodynomics.com SQUATS are one of my favorite exercises. Why? Because I think it gives my booty and legs quicker results. Keep your knees back as much as possible, shoulders back, knees aligned with 2nd and 3rd toes, and chest up. I get the best results with plates under my feet. You should NEVER have PAIN in your knees, back, neck or shoulders from doing squats. If you do STOP and find out what you're not doing correctly. Find out which technique works for YOU best to avoid injury. Everyone will not always do squats identically (this is MY way). Matter of fact, you will see most exercises done differently by different people.
I normally do squats 2 times a weeks. I do 6-12 reps, 3sets, slow to medium tempo, 45 lbs and up. PLEASE give time for muscles to rest and repair after an intense squat workout. I need at least 3-4 days in between (because of sore muscles) before I squat again. Listen to your body! Your body will always tell you something that no one else can :-)

  • @TantrumRed Did you listen to the video at all? I'm sure I mentioned that this is the technique that works for ME. This technique may not work for you. Please find a technique that works for you. There are many squat videos on Youtube that you may find more helpful. Thanks.

  • @Bootynomics it may 'work' for you but you need to take criticism positively i.e. caving-in your back can cause injury which has long-term effects ...

  • @munukusama I was born with a caved-in lower back. My entire LPHC (lumbo-pelvic-hip-complex) is awkward and funny built. There's nothing I can do about that. So how I do certain exercises may not always work for other people.That's why I explained my way of doing a squat AND I explained the mainstream way to do a squat. If people can't follow clear instructions then you can't blame me at all. I did my job. But I do appreciate your concerns :-)

If I wanted to do what you mentioned above I would've, and I wouldn't need the help from anyone on YT. But I'm getting into shape. Smh the gentlemen of the world are so few even on the internet.   • I just wanna say first and fore most i think you are one of the most beautiful ladies in tha world! 2nd i was watchin your appearance on Tyra an how u talked about increasing your caloric intake, i'm 5'2 and weigh like 115 now I use to wigh 130 which made me had a nice bubble but but i just can't get the weight to stay, what foods do you recommend? thanx :)

  • Do you have any exercises that will enhance the butt but not the thighs? I already have big thighs naturally I just want to work on the butt.
