@FreemanFanatic The Heavy is actually not that dumb. He's Russian so English is not something he can speak well, implying he may be stupid (listen to Meet the Heavy in Russian and you'll believe me). That said he's by no means an Engineer, but he's certainly smarter than you give him credit for. As for the money issue it's like this; Both teams work for secret organizations that each have their hands on half the world. Because of this money is simply a formality for both sides.

@Brutalyte616 That's a pretty smart thing to do for the biggest idiot on the team. I feel sorry for whoever's paying for Heavy's stuff. It must all be pretty expensive.
