Wow. I was there. I don't really remember someone filming. They did two shows. One was at night. The other was an all ages show during the day the next day. I went to both!
@TestMeatDollSteak That's right, this show was on the release day of Nevermind. It was the beginning of a U.S. tour to promote it, which was followed by a European tour that lasted until the end of 1991. At the beginning of '92, NIRVANA would return to the U.S. and perform on Saturday Night Live on January 11.
Fuel, Dropkick Murphys, Drowning Pool, Blue Oyster Cult, Chevelle, The Black Crowes (twice), Cinderella, Ratt, Quiet Riot, Firehouse, and the best one I saw there was Kid Rock Hands Down! He was fu*king AWESOME! I didn't get to meet too many of them, as the staff, we werent allowed to "bother" them but I actually got to make Kid Rock a drink after hours. Best 10 minutes of my life!!! And in case you're wondering, it was a Mojito, LOL!
I used to work at this club bartending...well after Nirvana performed there of course, but I never had any idea that they performed on that stage until now. That's crazy! Alot of bands performed there, it's not a very big club/stage but I am damn surprised I never heard of this! WOW! When I worked there I have seen alot of bands...Papa Roach, Head P.E., Sevendust, alot of cover bands, Sublime with a different lead singer (SUCKED), The Fugees, Powerman 5000, The Used, Tesla, Warrant....
This was filmed the day that Nevermind was released...crazy. That is, if the date you posted is accurate. Wish I could have seen them live on this tour.
