sure, but after reaching your limit as far as muscle gain thru good nutrition, lifting and cardio.......... you will need professional supplements in order for your body to reach a new limit. i waited 6 months before buying stuff at GNC but im glad i did

this product is the best for myself. but ill try BEAST nutrition creatine................. BUT REMEMBER guys, this the 189 did not work for them but could work for other, i personally feel its the best out there and i have tried 4 so far. it really just depends on your body

@ twinmuscleworkout I love you guys youtube channel but I have to disagree with you on this. I use the Amp 189 and it is working for me. Everyones body is different and you just have to find what works for your own body. That Creature is a good supplement but it has fish,peanuts, shellfish and a few other ingredients that alot of people are allergic to. I would say just find what supplements work for you, eat right and workout hard. I like the advice that you give and yall are funny as hell
