  • I hate when the call and ask for a dictionary of info. They always call when I am busy with other customers...

  • @KeikoTeddy I KNOW! They get all huffy after you tell them that you're not going to list it all off for them.

  • I believe it would be "STOKED" not "STOCKED"

  • @Yamstaa Thanks, Anson. <_____________<

  • i wish i was going to vidcon :/

i don't agree that the customer is always right because some people are just really ignorant and obnoxious.

customer service in trinidad is terrible though in all honestly. :/

  • @WestsideProductionz Sometimes, the customer service here is absolutely brutal. But most of the time it's not that bad.

  • Try working for a call center customer support. You will meet all the types of fun loving people. My favorite are the ones that threaten to complain to the BBB when they're in the wrong. Or when they don't feel they've been properly compensated. Another thing is that most customers are unable to read. The 99% literacy rate in the U.S. is more like 33%. Seriously people learn to read any and all disclaimers and disclosures on a website before you buy.

  • I had a woman come in a demanded I make her coffee on a broken machine. When I said I'd have to use the other one she proceeded to shriek at me for 5 minutes "That's your problem, don't make it my problem!"

I got in trouble for wasting her time. *facedesk* I hate customers....

  • I remember on night a women and her family came to eat at the restaurant that I work at, at around 7:00 pm, she called back to let us know her purse had been stolen 5 minutes before we had to close, and called the cops on us cause she thought that we stole it. Even though it was so bussy that night none of us could have came out from behind the counter, she simply wouldn't drop it. I feel sad for her, as she must have a very small mind.

  • I work at Jysk, a danish version of Ikea.. and oh my, sometimes when I'm alone in the cashier I get two phone calls at one, two customers nagging my ass of while I'm helping some other dude.. and then the computer freezes, IM NOT A SUPERHUMAN!!

  • Like the suing cause the coffee spilled was indeed hot. Now fastfood has on their coffee drinks caution drink/coffee is hot...(no duh)

Lol my bro worked at a theater, painful to watch him one night so yea I relate. Just keep positive and do the best you can.
