i like how lost odyssey played brought back memories of old FF and i agree ever since he enix join square soft everything went down

O dude you have no idea. It is so hard getting through Lost Odyssey because the story sucks and isn't strong at all. There are plot holes out the ass, and I was only immersed for the first hour of game play. I love Square soft R.I.P but i hate Square Enix because they mess up everything.

im relly hoping you can turn off the speech in battles...cos shouting out your attack when you're gunna hit something is so tacky,sounds stupid

true, but people tend to see like a few bad graphic parts and give up on the whole game..
I bought tales of the abyss, could never really get into it, I might try out another tales game and give it another shot.

That would be true if graphics weren't a common sign of poor attention to detail all-around. Square has gotten lazy. Half their new games are garbage and the other half are pretentious and recycled. They're just missing the heart they used to have. Of the two RPGs coming out this month, I'll be buying Tales. I'm if'fy enough about this one that it warrents a check out first.

people worry too much about graphics. I mean yeah they're important to an extent, but it really doesnt bother me if the main character isnt like jumping out of the screen and punching me in the face with graphicy goodness. I look more at gameplay and story in a trailer..
but maybe im just weird..that's cool with me too.

It looks fun, will definitely pick this up. I hope I can cut off the battle voices though lol...never been a big fan of voice acting in rpgs, like the old school reading.
