I personally don't play the french defence from blacks side although I always meet a french defence with the advance 3.e5 variation. Crammed with info, but the computer lady's voice is a bit robotic lol, have you thought about doing the voice yourself.? There was 1 error I spotted @ 8.04 it says "can be met with a5" but the move made is e5 :) If you ever did one on the QGA/QGD I'd like to watch that. I liked the variation here that opened the h-file (by sacrificing the h-pawn) looks good!

@harKazoid86 , i have done videos using my voice and i think the "computer lady's voice" is much better. this video would probably take me 2 hours for me to narrate

Very good. One minor problem is that when it is something like Bxe7 (around 2:00), it says Bishop times e7 instead of Bishop captures e7.
