LG OCTANE: Verizon's New Cell Phone

This is the Verizon Wireless's new phone. This is suppose to replace the Lg enV 3. This will be placed under feature phones, Verizon has decided to do away with the 3g/multimedia section. No more 9.99 data plan!
Specs: The LG Octane has an intriguing form factor -- a full QWERTY keyboard, while a small external LCD screen feeds information to you when the handset is closed. The outer LCD display is 176x220 pixels, while the internal one is 240x320 pixels. The LG Octane will sport a 3.2 MP camera with flash, and its dimensions are 4.21"x2.16"x0.63", which is bearable for a landscape QWERTY slider. The keyboard has a navigational D-pad, and LG has decided to go with a non-standard 2.5mm audio jack.

Today I was out in the snow and came in I pit my phone down I'm the bathroom as I went to make some hot coco. It was working fine all day and when I went in. My mom came into the kitchen and handed me my phone and it has a black screen on both the internal and external. Sometimes the internal screen goes white for a second nut that's it. PLZ HELP
PS I can't head to the local verizon store since of the snow. Any help/advice would be very helpful. Thank you

This phone is amazing <3 I got it a week ago and it works great!
The only reason people say its bad is because they probably don't take good care of it [ex: drop it, drop it in liquid] so take better care of it and it prolly will work better (:
