This might be a stupid question, but whenever i draw, my line a rough and pixelated . How do i draw, so they are smooth lines, where the pixels don't show?
I use Wacom Bamboo tablet and Photoshop (:

I would suggest zooming in closer to the sketch, to around 100%-200% of the resolution and try drawing then. It will be smoother, and when when you zoom out it will be smoother still.
Like a computer screen, tablets also have a maximum resolution they can use. If you are drawing at 25% of the final resolution or less you will start to get jagged edges because the tablet cannot provide a higher quality image to the PC.
If that doesn't work try updating your drivers from the wacom website.

Why don't you do inking first? The other layers just get deleted anyway?

For the same reason that you sketch before you ink on paper. Sketches can be all rough and loose but inks have to be small, careful and clean.

also your dpi may be quite low. if you go to image ->image size and then change the dpi to 300 or more. 300 is typical of what people will paint in, 600 is a higher quality for larger files. also check the size of your image. set it to inches and then you can see how large the image you are painting actually is. you don't want to paint something smaller than you will be showing it. in fact bigger is better.

Here's a basic troubleshoot:
In the brush options make sure smoothing is turned on.
Make sure you have the latest driver for your tablet by checking online.
In the brush options make sure that there are no 'jitter' options ticked which might be causing this.
Otherwise I suggest it is a case of practice. Drawing on a tablet can be a little strange at first, the resistance is all different compared to paper, but practice makes perfect.
