  • merci Mr Chapuis

  • I had never heard this piece and it stood my hair on end! I would feel justified in saying that for a truly splendid organ performance, a cathedral is the best place to allow the sound to travel and give every piece the full depth it was intended to give. Mr. Chapuis does a splendid job with this, so well that I would call for an encore!

  • Wonderfull, only wonderfull...........

  • what sound!!!!

  • Magnífico Michel Chapuis. Magnífico Cavaillé-Coll. ¡Dignos de Bach!

  • Schitterend om deze man op bepaalde orgels te horen en vooral ook te zien spelen.

  • Absolutely marvelous rendition/meditation on the German Lutheran Melchior Teschner's hymn tune, splendidly played on this amazing and extraordinarily versatile Cavaille-Coll gem of an organ. Michel Chapuis's interpretation captures musically the meaning of the hymn "Farewell I gladly bid thee" (C. Winkworth's translation) from first to final verse, the hymn moving from a renunciation of evil worldly values to a metaphorical life in heaven with God ("Take me to where joys are rife"). Wonderful!!

  • Fantastic! That's an improvisation, worth of the name!

  • NON PLUS ULTRA ORGANO
