This video will show you how to clear Windows user account password using "Offline NT Password and Registry Editor", a free program that you can burn and boot off a CD. This is a more effective way of dealing with forgotten user account passwords than using password cracking softwares that sometimes doesn't work.

Please DO NOT attempt to hack into other user accounts with this method. Because it's also a registry editor, you can edit the registry with this utility as well, and any mistakes can result in serious damage. Please exercise precaution when using this program.

I did not program this nor do I own any of the software. I found it when I was trying to recover a lost password on my old computer, and I stumbled upon an article that talked about this program.

@rancholacurva On the main page, click Bootdisk. Then scroll down to the download section and click cd110511.zip to download the disk image. Then burn it. Read the instructions on the website for specific usage instructions.

Never try to wipe a boot partition. That's the partition to which an OS boots from.
