The DK Mini Highbanker Recirc unit

This is a Mini Highbanker manufactured out of Portland, Or by DK nugget. Great peice of equipment for the strength of it and the quality of work done on it. Its built by miners for miners.

The classification starts at the beginning when you first drop your material to be worked. I use mine in the field directly working fresh materials into this. Many use a mini to run their concentrates but for me as I can go places that are a distance away this allows me to sample further out and get the info needed to whether it would be worth it to use my 3" combo (The same design by DK but larger) to the area. Its much easier to haul a 20 pound High banker rather then the 40 lb larger one, plus hoses plus 5.5hp honda....ect.

@TreasureDetector Using a 1.5 HP 25lb 2 stroke pump no name from Harbor freight only cause I couldn't find an American made one that small. This device works on electric bilge pump as well. I just like extra, Idle low easy on the engine and if I go further from water I still have pressure.

I wonder about the effectiveness of this design. It seems to me that the grizzly (with the larger slotted holes) should be on top and the punch plate (smaller round holes) should be underneath.

@rpwilsox Hey It actually works better this way. It is adding one more step to the mix. It could be like almost every other highbanker design and just wash rocks and go down, but it is an improvement to already manufactured designs.

DK is a great place and the people are cool-They're stuff is top notch-I'm from Portland as well......Good stuff and at almost 1400 an ounce does make for a good time-Be careful out there,join a group and remember your rights as a miner and take of the land..........................­NAMASTE..................
