Not bad man. You technique and athleticism is decent. Who cares is some people hate? You obviously train quite often, so you will improve. Also, anyone who claims they can smash you on Youtube obviously couldn't. Only thing I see is you sometimes kick at too much of an upwards angle into the bag. Try to make it either parallel or even better if the kick goes downwards. Head kicks are probably the exception. It'd be kind of hard to head kick downwards. Just try to get it as parallel as you can.
