i cant get that very first pin out is there a special way to push it?

It just takes brute force. The pin's "head" is a half circle, try pushing the half circle towards the empty space and very forcefully downward. There is a "lip" on the pin that makes it tough to push out. Make sure to use a dull object, as something sharp or with edges will damage the head of the pin.

hey, i have a problem with my KSC m11a1

i think it is probably the magazine, but whenever i shoot 1 bb, all the other bbs fly out the side... :(

it is also very hard to load as it seems the bbs are not held down by anything; when i put them into the magazine, they fly right out the top of the magazine, instead of being caught and loaded...

can anyone help?

or tell me where i could buy the replacement part for my magazine?

The bb's shoot out because the lip area of the mag where the bb's come out is slightly bent or damaged in some way. This can happen from dropping the magazine or banging it. It may look normal, but the metal is not holding the bb's in when they shake from the recoil of the gas gun. You need a new magazine :(

You seem like you'd be a good person to ask this question. I bought a can of RED gas instead of GREEN w/o really knowing the difference. can my HFC M11A1 handle Red gas?

@kingd3001 Well, I don't think that it is KWa, the lower inners are silver, not black. I would imagine it is not KSC because they are made by KWA and I do think it is HFC, pay attention to the trades on the outside!
