Asking a JRPG to NOT use anime style is like asking a western RPG to suddenly make anime-style rpgs. In other words, there's cultural influence involved. You'd be an idiot to expect otherwise. As far as battle systems go, each to his/her own so I won't bother replying to your terrible sarcasm. People simply like what they like. Spending your time trolling a video of a game that you clearly have no interest in isn't going to change the opinion of anyone else.

@merendaakina no that is called a strategy game, you know like command and conquer, star craft etc, hell even kingdom under fire does a better job of strategy, rpg are just role playing games, where did you get the idea that they had to be strategy?

Oh awsome the same anime style in yet another JRPG, oh cool and the same battle system that has you cycling through menues wow that is so deep and immersive, man it's such a mystery as to why Japan has been falling of the international gaming communities radar with such intuitive, immersive and evolving gameplay oh wait JRPGs are none of those things
