Why is she rubbing the diffuser around like that? Rubbing/friction is the top cause of frizziness in the first place.
-
@Rangerboo04 do your hair need to be wet when you use a diffuser?
-
Why are you holding I thought most diffuser will come attached? Rubbing her hair like that will that disturb the curls instead of just lifting the hair at the roots with the fingers inside of the diffusser?

Great job, this is the shortest yet THE BEST diffuser tutorial on youtube! This is how it's actually done.

I am a stylist at a Redken 5th Avenue Salon and I would NEVER rub a diffuser on my clients hair. You place the hair gently into the diffuser and with HOT or WARM heat on LOW speed you allow the hair to dry with little to zero movement. Moving the diffuser on the head and around the head as you dry will actually cause the curls to loosen and more frizz with occur. Want volume...use your fingers to lift the hair or you could actually flip your head over.
