Try to twist the metal rods a bit and it will be easier to remove them from the holder

Thanks for the video. I'm glad I found this set. Looks like the perfect point between quality and price. I'm just starting out with lighting. Just ordered the Wescott Apollo for my sb700 as a budget system to practice with but after Christmas I think I may get this set. Thanks again. BTW is it possible to use these without a wall outlet? Do they make some sort of mobile power source?

@Felur2007 Brute force :) Its hard to disassemble the softbox, but already did it twice without problems.
