Yeah it sure is. I just want to note here I was only testing this fan to see what it could do. Its by far to powerful for any real use and dangerous at that, it can take a finger off real easy.
I could feel the force of this fan over 6 feet away LOL
But in the end 2 normal case fans performed almost just as good with out the noise and air blast coming from it.

LOL yeah it gets pretty loud. Like a F-16 spooling up :)
