  • Here's a tip for ANYONE interviewing a PROFESSIONAL COMEDIAN. Shut the fuck up and do not talk in between their words-- they are pausing for affect and if you talk to make your own semi-witty point-- you RUIN the timing of the joke

When interviewing a comedian, don't offer your own "funny" or sardonic remarks. Do you start throwing punches at Pro boxers? Break out your water-colors when you talk to a painter and start scribbling al over his/her work?

Shut up long-hair and let Bill talk

  • This is the Man, God bless and see you at a better time XXX

  • Most of the normal people HOPE for the best, most of the idiots are OUT TO GET WHAT THEY WANT, that's the core of the fucking problem, Bill Hicks was so special because he was one of the normal people OUT TO GET THE TRUTH OUT, and like so many special people before him, we let him disappear out of life without acknowledging the purpose he was pursuing, purpose which is so unselfish, that it makes me angry this wonderful human being is not around anymore. Luckily, his words remain. Forever.

  • we miss you dearly Bill. America needs a free-thinker like you now more than ever.

  • Bill Hicks...my kind of guy...that would be one guy i'd invite to dinner, have a smoke with some good conversation. I've only discovered him lately and its amazing how i agree with everything he says. Absolute freakin LEGEND!

  • fatty's a fucking tool

  • @gta747 no it wasn't.

  • @ldhablo666 hes there for an interview.. on public access.. not to do a stand up reutine, it was a good interview

  • What a breath of fesh air......he lives on.:)

  • @moe17moe well said.

  • @radovan67 spot on mate. I'd hate to be in the professional world. The boys club is hard to break, and he tried. Legend.

  • Yeah and Letterman telling Bill's mom: I didn't know what I was thinking at the time . He did apologise but didn't tell the truth why he decided not to broadcast. Letterman is still the same. Hicks always tell what he feels , thinks, the truth, his truth. Miss you man.
