Mayweather won after a knockout in the fourth round, but found another tough opponent after the fight in the shape of the veteran HBO reporter Larry Merchant. Merchant, 80 years young, questioned the fairness of Mayweather's knockout punches and was met by a barrage of abuse by the champion.

"You don't never give me a fair shake," Mayweather said. "I'm through. Put somebody else up here to give me an interview. HBO need to fire you because you don't know shit about boxing. You ain't shit."

Merchant responded with some fighting talk of his own.

"I wish I was 50 years younger," he told Mayweather as the champion stormed away, "and I would kick your ass."

    mayweather says stuff without thinking. "If he wants a rematch he can get it", well he wanted a rematch but he didnt get it... lol. Also in another interview floyd says he could beat fighters on any circumstance, and then accused manny of steroids and wouldnt fight him. *Facepalm
