Five Star Flags presents the New Hampshire flag flying against the blue sky, with "Old New Hampshire" playing in the background. "Old New Hampshire" is the New Hampshire state song
The Song is "Old New Hampshire" so yes, a very old and long dead person wrote it. Just like the "Star Spangled Banner". I beiieve it was written in 1906 by a New Hampshire Doctor. They lyrics can be found online, I caution liberals some of they lyrics are controversial, such as "God in his great wisdom, made the rugged Granite State" Wow, sexist and montotheistic huh? I like it's quiantness. New Hampshire Natrually is also "the unoffical" State song, another sleeper, but NH's not NYC.
what violation? there is NOTHING, anywhere, that says that there is a "separation of church and state." there is, however, a clause in the constitution that says that our government CANNOT impose ANY official religion OR prohibiting free exercise thereof.
let me add: NOWHERE, NOWHERE, NOWHERE does any official u.s. document say ANYTHING about the separation of church and state.
the seperation of church and state is violated once again in the awful lyrics of this sleeper...as much as i love this great state with its unique polical working and views, i feel a change is needed to better represent the present day.....and btw, i really miss the OLD MAN

@Stabu Anyone but this one. It's a great state and a great motto, but a terrible state song. It sounds quaint and cheesy.
