read the background storry, amarr has something found that shares the siganture of the EvE gate aswell as drones have developed something with simmilar signature (DED Report) ;)
CCP also anounced to open the Jove Regions where the alliance turnament etc is hold for players.

Jove always had problems with the Drone infestication and amarr had gread fights with the jovian empire, maybe this is amarrs answer and ccps storryline for opening the jove empire for players ;)

It's only the trailer, I don't know. Nothing can destroy a whole fleet with one shot. Maybe a doomsday but this desroys only cruiser and lower.

i don't get what happened at the end, is tht a real weapon? and how did it destroy a titan?
