Regarding torodial and resonance fields, I've actually witnesses this in the joepipe technology when it went into the quantum state to convert 3rd state matter fuel into plasma. I believe that the trigger takes the form of a thermo-coupler where the junction serves the generation of the zero point field. The effect upon both the metal used in the joepipe assembly and the fuel was transformed to produce a thermal super conductive state.Todate, I may have found the trigger to create the wormhole.

Yes. To modify the joepipe to develop the torsion field energy should be relatively simple as far a building the apparatus. The prove would be in the pudding if and when both the fuel shifts out of the normal state of matter to produce a new plasma species. As to how one would measure the voltage and amperage produced, it will likely take some very specialized equipment but I'm open to the challenge. It may be that I'm on the cutting edge of something awesome?
