Encouraging proper lifting technique, the Forearm Forklift is the best for helping you move heavy and hard to handle furnishings. In fact, it costs less than $20 per pair, supports up to 700 lbs. and is great for going up and down stairs too. http://www.BuyStraps.com

  • I was skeptical - until I used this just 1hr ago. My friend and I lifted a 500lb, granite top'd, double vanity from a squatting position. Level walking is no problem. Stairs are difficult though. There was some minor bruising on our arms. It would have taken at least four men and a furniture dolly to do this. It's easier than dead-lifting as you 'lock in' your grip against the other lifter. Your hands are free for stabilization. No lifting with your fingers - the weakest part of any lift.

  • Do you really think OSHA would approve it if it wasn't safe? What a moron.

  • Forearms are not made for lifting in this manner

  • Shoulder Dolly > Forearm forklift

  • Had some probleme with it for lifting a big old sony tv in the stairs.

  • To the skeptics, do a youtube search for "forearm forklift." The Consumer Reports review of this infomercial will show up within 1-2 results of this video. Their conclusion? While the straps will not turn you into superman they are effective. They even have some office worker women with no lifting experience try to lift items and are able to lift items they normally wouldn't.

  • @Fenizrael I had three large dressers delivered frrom jc penny recently. The delivery men used these things and I was amazed at how easy it looked for them to bring these pieces into my house. these are professional movers mind you. No, I don't think it's a scam. I'm convinced this is a good product.

Typical..speaking without any experience or knowledge.

  • I wonder how many people got paid to make a youtube profile and comment on these videos to try and advertise the product.

    luvusa10 I'm looking at you.

  • To all the skeptics out there: I work as a professional mover. These straps work great. When I first started I myself doubted the effectiveness of these straps, but after using them one time I found out what an advantage they can be. In my experience, the only people that don't like them are either people that have not used them, or people that don't know how to use them properly. I have used them for huge entertainment centers, washers, driers, refrigerators, etc. Worked great every time. And

  • I recently purchased these at Home Depot after seeing the commercial and I was really impressed as to how well they actually worked. I'm a 5'2 " lady and I used them to carry a washer from the inside of the house to the garage with the help of my elderly mother and we were able to use them easily. It took some time to get used to them but they're very practical and affordable.
