  • Can you do the same techniques on other colored pencil? I'm using Faber-Castell, I've been trying to do the same techniques you did here but they still leave white spots, do you think the paper doesn't have a good quality or it's just my colored pencils?

  • @DementedAbsolution What allows me to do the layering is the wax content in Prismacolor pencils. I have tried other brands and I am not satisfied with them. The paper I use (Strathmore Bristol board 3 ply) has a plate finish, meaning a very smooth texture. I hope this helps you! Have FUN!!

  • What kind of colored pencils are you using?? :P

  • @Natalieandersson I use Prismacolor and Verifine pencils.

  • I hope it turned out good!!

  • @spiceyvideo I'm not really happy with the way it turned out so I'm not showing it. Sorry it took so long to reply.

  • @DementedAbsolution Also, you might try using a Colorless Blender Marker for colored pencils. It allows your colors to blend smoothly--like watercolors.

So looking at every single picture that has been taken of a big cat which, of course, are all in bright daylight, yet they all seem to have round pupils... Maybe because they don't actually have 'football-shaped' pupils. Seriously where do you get this stuff? Stop being so ignorant. They have big ROUND pupils in the dark as well as small ROUND pupils in bright daylight. Nothing else...

  • @Denise0494 I should have said that they open up in less light not bright light. Do a Google image search for various big cats and look at the results.

  • @numbnuts234567

I have no idea what kind of images you've seen but BIG cats don't have football shaped pupils. The reason a housecat has football shaped pupils is because they hunt for small animals, lion i.e. dont hunt for small animals, they have round pupils day and night. And why would a pupil open up when there is bright light? look at your own eyes, they only open up when its dark so they can absorb all the light there is for a better vision. So stop being stupid, they have round pupils.

  • @Denise0494 I just did an image search for lions eyes, tiger eyes, leopard eyes and snow leopard eyes. They all have the 'football' shaped pupil like a house cat. If the light is very bright the pupil opens up and the football shape gets rounder.

  • @numbnuts234567

Have you ever looked at an actual snow leopard? All the big cats have round pupils you know..

  • beautiful! can you write your website? I like see more of your work

  • Beautiful eyes.

  • Cat's aren't supposed to have round pupils.

  • @mjnbfg0410 A thank you very much! I'll be sure to buy Prismacolor and find the same paper, thank you very very much ^_^
