Story line:
Jake embarrassed miley in frount of his friends really badly and she finally stood up to him about it, breaking up with him. She was still in love with him though. He knew that and he made her life hell for months and she always had to say SOMETHING. After about three months Jake finally relized what miley went through and wrote her a note saying hes sorry. And that even if theyre just friends, he wants something they end up together again x3
