Real snappy shooter , seeing as how it came from a small sapling and cured for two weeks . Not only that , but it was made in 6 hours . I would without a doubt whack a small / medium sized deer with this bow . Too bad it developed a splinter in the back , but I wrapped it in ugly duct tape and that solves that .

  • Gracias Amigos !!

  • AND - I will never make a D style bow ever again , they always fail . I will always de-crown a bow even if it requires a few extra man hours .

  • Not the fastest arrow , mind you , maybe within the 110 - 125 FPS range , but it hits hard .

  • a dbow distributes the tension throughout more of the limb therefore reducing the likelihood of it failing. I'm guessing the draw weight was too high. D bow designs work well up to like 50#.
