The common infected and Tank sounds were done by supagogoman. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f476qYCQPvg
and the "old gregg" boomer at the end was done by Blooroo http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wapMMsrvfNQ i just added the new music when you get vommited on.
