That's not the point. With auto insurance, when you operate a vehicle and you get into an accident, you hurt yourself as well as the driver/passengers in the other car. When you decide not to have health coverage, you end up with a big bill that you have to pay for or your credit gets wrecked. By law hospitals and clinics cannot refuse to treat anyone regardless of coverage (or not).

Dude, you totally misinterpreted what I said. I said that it is not mandatory for you to take the GOVERNMENT SPONSERED HEALTHCARE. I didn't say you could go without health insurance. An OPTION SHOULD YOU BE UNABLE TO AFFORD ONE OR DON'T WANT THE OTHER AVAILABLE ONES. Medicare is there for those with low income, those with middle class income can afford other insurances, and upper class get the best coverage because they can afford it. I didn't say you wouldn't be fined for not having HCI.

no, coming from obamas own lips. it WILL be mandatory border hopper. you will either buy health insurance or be FINED (not taxed) by the government if you don't. and yeah. i did hear you idiot. i heard from obama's mouth. so, no going around that. you should really try and educate yourself more.

actually chaku. she does know what shes talking about. from obama's own lips. he said that his new health care plan WILL indeed make it mandatory for you to purchase health care insurance or you WILL be fined by the government. try and pay more attention.
