Miklos I have to say, that is the SWEETEST sounding Duda Ive ever heard... a far, far cry from those awful archival recordings of the 1950's. Well done!

Beautiful sound and great piping skills! Love the accentuating sound produced by the flea hole on the chanter (not a common feature in bagpipes). Thanks for sharing this great video!

Dear Laszlo, I play the Scottish bagpipes, too. The best Hungarian pipes are made by Ferenc Tobak (baratsag). He lives in California. First, I'd contact him. If he is not available or not affordable contact me. A decent, nicely tin-inlayed set made by a good maker here in Hungary is about 600 - 1000 US$.
