It's good, but needs more improvement, you have to understand the speech more, maybe watch other videos (from movies maybe) of this speech to do better with the tone, or whatever, the change/stages of the emotion and tone (i don't know what the right words to use :)) I agree with the sarcasm on honorable man. Uhm her face was blank? Needs more improvement on the facial expression and gestures. Didn't seem natural, i felt it was all voice

she got potential..she knows how to pace...quite good...

I quite like it overall. It had faults, yes, but she is learning. People saying it is horrible not only are rude, but wrong. It was by no means horrible, but much better than what most students could do, who cannot even read in their own minds, let alone aloud without studdering like idiots. Sure she was overlysarcastic and emotional in some ways, but she carried herself with great confidence and presence, she annunciated well, she knew what she was saying, and made all the proper pauses.

Its good to hear. I would still disagree about your optimistic view of "Not" a "decline of knowledge". That is to say, its not only, that people are getting "dumber" but also, what is taught in "schools" was never meant to give you unconditional "knowledge", more so just prepare you to conform/adapt/adjust/function in to modern society.
Anyways, all of this is should be expected in an era of mass tech, quickest results, consumer- service industrial society.

@WorldWarPropaganda i have to memorize and recite this for my school. You can not make the assumption about most kids thinking Caesar and anything more then a salad, and if i may quote "Meera is an Indian born and brought up in America, and was in boarding school in India for 2 years.
That is the reason for a mixed accent.
gleep111" so this gives you no right to assume things about the general youth in america. i am not denying the 'decline in society' but with your 'declining in knowledge'

better for a male to say it

@stutzand000 Meera is an Indian born and brought up in America, and was in boarding school in India for 2 years.

are you trying to put on an accent? i'm sorry but for the most part this isn't good at all, however there is potentialm you need to go through and analyze the punctuation and not be so obvious with the sarcasm, your stage presence is also quite weak. i suggest getting a decent acting coach.
good sarcasm infliction in voice to interpret who real culprits are. You need to tone down the higher voice a little and get more boom in the voice. Good!!

Thank you very much for your comments. This will be very helpful to the teachers who prepare the students. Meera has fine expressions and a very positive attitude to learn. She is very mild and soft spoken as a person so she gave more force to her voice.
