I, as a lot of younger people at the time, had no idea this was a Beatles song ("Ob-la-di Ob-la da"). Then, one day I bought The Beatles 'White Album' and, well, you can imagine my surprise. I went from hating the song (performed here) to really actually liking it (the original). Obviously Paul McCartney would sing it better than a tv cast.
