Baywalk ruling causes fight caught on tape by candidate Leonard Schmiege

Leonard Schmiege candidate for city council and engineering consultant.
I was at the committee of the whole all day watching the council explore the baywalk issues. Funny, during elections everyone claims transparency, but incumbents fail to exercise it.

Then at the council meeting Poulson voted to vacate and a melee broke loose.

Fred Dudley, brother of councilman Bill Dudley was one of the fighters.
