Duluth LISC secured $9.1 million in LISC New Markets Tax Credits to help transform the former Clyde Iron Works in Duluth's Lincoln Park neighborhood from a symbol of blight into a thriving enterntainment and sports complex. The new Clyde Park includes the Clyde Ironworks Restaurant, the Duluth Heritage Sports Center and the Boys and Girls Club. Employing over 90 people, it has become a popular destination for concerts, celebrations, sports training, and special events, including Duluth LISC's annual celebration of neighborhood revitalization, "Connecting the Dots."
