Theatrical and screener tape trailer for the 1993 cut of The Thief and the Cobbler. This actually presents the film fairly well, despite some presence of the songs and changed plot. By the time it finally hit theaters, the name would be changed to The Princess and the Cobbler for the South African and Australian theatrical (and later home video) releases.

  • Do you have plans much later to upload The Arabian Knight trailer and The WB Marketing teaser?

  • Yes, they're on the way. For now, the Recobbled Cut and Miramax Home Video trailers are online (in the Micelleny playlist)

  • I was just joking about what I said, but why'd Fred Calvert have to break that rule?

  • "Oh, why can't I ever talk when it mattters?"

  • DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW LONG IVE BEEN LOOKING FOR THIS?! i had memories of this movie for a while and ive been searching and searching for what it was called. thank you so much

  • Truely once in a life time!

  • Screw you Fred Calvert and Screw you Completion Bond for taking decades of hard work away from Richard Williams!

  • Fucking love this movie

  • I remember seeing this commercial when I was a kid. I never watched it, but it just looked so different from the other animated movies I was seeing as a kid.

  • I'd blame the American Distributers for not ever allowing this version to be release in the US. People are suffered with the crap from Miramax.

  • By the way, the two trailers for TPATC and AK half lied, such as R. Williams only directed half of the movie and the other half was directed by F. Calvert, such as the musical sequence (I can tell the difference in the animation). I felt sorry for Williams for all that hard work, which was taken away.
