BUSH SOT: (approx 26:00 from start) I happen to believe not going to the opening games, the opening ceremony for the games would be an affront to the Chinese people. ((More Beijing file footage) And that, Bush says, would make it harder to talk to Chinese LEADERS about the very human rights HE wants to promote. ((Other leaders arriving? Brown? Sarkozy? whoever?))
