黑醋 - 古式製法、天然釀造

日本人的預期壽命乃世界之冠,而鹿兒島則是日本長壽地區之一。在鹿兒島當地,不但天然泉水,就連空氣也蘊含大量的礦物質。

日本特有之天然釀造黑醋,始於 200 年前日本鹿兒島福山町。我們將鹿兒島的特選糙米和當地優質天然地下水,放入數量有限的特種釀造甕內,以 200 年的獨有傳統秘方,配以天然野生醋酸菌和酵母,置於室外露天田地,歷時 1 - 3 年,醞釀成馳名的黑醋。其口感清香醇樸,有別於一般速成釀造醋。
