Best car, I, own 65,66, 67, 68, mustangs, but the best was 1967, fastback special edition, prapared for quarter mile racing,,,,,

I had one of these in 67. It was delivered to me in Oct. 1966. Burnt Amber with the tan interior. The most amazing thing was if you ran it in first and second gear with the air cleaner off. You would get the most beautiful howl from the carb. trying to suck in air. Just like she was screaming "give me air, give me air".

@Peoplejarn Sorry numbnuts. The aluminum was factory on a limited few. It's only missing the shadow kit.

@65mustangkcode it can not add more value to the car then woodgrain, woodgrain is beautiful. I hate the metal look. I rather have stock then aluminum!

@Peoplejarn It was an option back in the 67 year. It came with the deluxe interior, it was either woodgrain, or like this one, brushed aluminum trim. It adds value to the car, Hope this helps
